Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida has grown from a church outreach program to the largest provider of homeless services in the Orlando region, serving nearly 600 men, women and children on an average night. The Coalition not only provides food and shelter, but is committed to returning homeless individuals and families to self-sufficiency through case management, job training and educational opportunities.

The Harbor House empowers survivors of domestic violence to take control of their lives – rediscovering safety and self-esteem. They offer a 24-hour crisis hotline, shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and other services to thousands of people. This organization is the leading authority on domestic violence in Central Florida.

OCC is a non-profit Central Florida Christian outreach ministry. This ministry brings together an estimated 250 Pre-K through 12th grade inner-city participants in Central Florida who are in need. They provide a Saturday church environment where the children are cared for, loved on, and taught sound biblical teachings by the OCC’s enthusiastic volunteers.

Freedom Rides is the only premier, accredited NARHA facility in the Central Florida area. Freedom Rides provides therapeutic horseback riding to adults and children four years and older with spina bifida, mental retardation, autism, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, brain injury and speech-language disorders.

Orlando Health and Rehab Center’s intergenerational program, Grandma’s House, is a place where adults and children live together in a home-like environment. This special unit or “neighborhood” creates an extended family for children and adults with various disabilities.
