Attend the next Newcomer’s Review.

The Newcomer’s Review is twenty-minute Q&A directly following every service. It takes place once a month and is a great way to get a glimpse into Summit ministries.

Attend a Summit Church event.

This is an excellent way to get to know people and engage in community… Plus, they’re a lot of fun! A few events that happen on a regular basis are:

niceSERVE – Three times a year we come together for three hours on a Saturday to participate in service projects throughout the community. We then come back to Summit for a barbecue lunch. This is event is a great way to tangibly express Jesus’ love to others, and form relationships in the process.

Beach Baptism – Twice a year we take the evening service on the road to Bethune Beach for an adult baptism. Join us for the celebration!

The Marriage Show – The Marriage Show is a “late-night show” inspired event performed a few times a year at Summit. The show brings just the right amount of humor, entertainment, and wisdom to married couples. Engaged couples or couples considering marriage would benefit too!

Get involved with Summit Connect.

Life is better together. Summit Connect is all about connecting people in Christ-centered relationships. We do that in three main ways:

Connect groups – Groups consist of eight to twelve people, learning, serving, and worshiping together, for 12 to 18 months in homes all across Orlando. You can find a group by attending the next Group Day, or by searching for a group online.

reGROUP – reGROUP is a type of Summit Connect community focused on helping people recover from their hurts, habits, hang-ups, and hopelessness. As with other Summit Connect groups, reGROUP communities offer people the chance to learn, serve and worship together in a small group environment of 8-12 people.

Classes – Classes bring together groups of people who want to focus their time and energy on one specific topic or area of lives. Topics include marriage, service, and more.

Serve at Summit.

The Volunteer Preview is a 20-minute meeting is an introduction to serving at Summit. You will hear about various areas to serve based on your interests and talents. At the end of the preview you will even have the opportunity to sign-up and serve. Check the bulletin for upcoming Volunteer Previews, or search online for volunteer opportunities. Use your gifts to pour in and change lives… And meet people in the process!
