God calls us to be conduits of grace to the world around us, but first our own hearts must be moved by it. Those living in the joy of the gospel will want to carry the message. He seeks those who are willing. He seeks those who have made themselves available. He seeks those who are listening. The open heart, God will recognize and use—and through it fulfill his purposes. If our loyalty is first to him, he will choose our willing heart to honor his cause and our community. Outward expressions of grace, either great or small, begin from within. Grace always moves from the inside out.
