The Christmas Paradox
A babe was born to us a paradox. A remedy to the emptiness within us, which does not drive him away, but makes room for his fullness. A release from old hopes, so we may take hold of the New One we have hope in. An unveiling of our weakness, so true strength may be made manifest in us. Death made life. Empty made full. Old made new. Weak made strong.
When eternity stepped into time, when divinity wrapped itself in flesh, when omnipotence cloaked itself in frailty, a babe was born to us a paradox.
Anyone can change the world, but it takes a God to bring a new one.
