The Sight of Man in the Light of God
Abraham had many interactions with God. In each one, God revealed something unique about Himself, and Abraham responded accordingly. Because God is Provider, Abraham could have faith. Because God is Everlasting, Abraham could have hope. And because God is Love, Abraham was free to love.
There are moments when God reveals Himself to us. Like Abraham, our response matters. The clearer the window through which we see God, the clearer the mirror by which we can reflect His character. God is always offering opportunities to see Him more clearly. How we respond to those opportunities has much to do with how clearly other people can see God through us.
In this series, we will walk alongside Abraham and see God through the light of His revelation.
