A concept modeled by the early church in Acts, this team gives us the opportunity to hear sound, biblical truth from more than one voice and perspective and helps folks prayerfully take their next right step at each of our locations.

Governing Board
The Governing Board is a team made up of a combination of non-staff Summit partners and Summit pastors who are seasoned and godly leaders. They serve a vital role in providing fiduciary oversight and counsel regarding important decisions. They ensure the mission, vision, and doctrine of Summit are upheld, and they support the pastoral staff in their pursuit of leading and loving like Jesus. Board members serve three-year terms and are able to serve one additional term before being required to transition off of the board for a minimum of one year.
